Because at first glance, it may appear to be a typical romance novel with the targeted audience being middle-aged stay-at-home-mothers in need of a fantasy, but a closer look shows that this is a book filled with chains and floggers and explicit sexual scenes. I'm proud of myself for finally tearing my eyes away from the newest literary hype, 50 Shades of Grey. There will definitely be a blog post dedicated to the book when I finish (and I'm not too far from the end). And it fuels my desire to write this post, as the book has a central theme of lust. What is lust? I'm super tired but wanted to write a blog post, so I brainstormed until I thought of something. Two of my favorite things--sex and drugs!! (Disclaimer: I do not do drugs). Drugs are fun. Sex is fun. Tim Tebow, #15 Quarterback for the Denver Broncos, rose to super stardom this past NFL season for his insane lucky wins in the 4th quarter/overtime, not once, but several times. An extremely religious young man, Tebow is known for getting down on one knee and resting his fist on his forehead--dubbed 'Tebowing.'
